Order number

A VGen order number is 12 letters and digits. Booth orders are 8 digits, and cannot be activated here yet — bring those to Discord and we will do it by hand.

Where is my order number?

Two places, whichever is easier:

1. The confirmation email VGen sent you when you paid. Look for the line beginning ORDER # and take the 12 letters and digits after the hash.

2. Your orders page on vgen.co, signed in as the account you bought with — the same number is printed on the order.

Still cannot find it? Ask in our Discord with your VGen handle and we will look it up for you — you do not have to hunt for it alone.

Booth

An 8-digit number on the order page. Booth orders cannot be activated here yet — send yours to Discord and we will do it by hand.

Bought on Etsy? You do not need this page. Etsy orders activate on their own from the channel name you entered at checkout.
